Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy – 48 States:
Free shipping on orders over $35. All orders under $35 are charged a flat $8.50 rate. Free freight offer is for the contiguous 48 states and are shipped ground freight.
Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns, however, all returns must be made within 90 days of delivery of the items. Likewise, all returns must be in new retail condition, with no mount marks, damage, or wear. All returns must be in original and unopened packaging.
Prior to returning any items to AmericanMotoTire.com, customer must receive approval and either an RMA#, RA# or RGA# for the return.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs in the return of the items to the warehouse specified by our returns department.
There will be a 12.5% return fee, which covers the original shipping cost of the item that we sent to you plus miscellaneous expenses. Said return fee will merely be deducted from the balance and it will be credited back to whichever payment method was used during the initial order.
Shipment refusal will be charged at full cost of the shipping company's refusal and shipping fees. This could cost more than 3 times normal shipping rates.
Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full at no cost to the customer. In this case, AmericanMotoTire.com will supply a return label for shipping the item or items back to the warehouse specified by our returns department.
