Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

Tracking numbers will be provided to all customers who provide an email address with their order.  Tracking information will generally be emailed within 1 business day of your order.  If you have not received this information within 3 business days of your order, please CONTACT US and we would be happy to reply with the tracking information for you. If you have an account with us, you can also LOG IN to obtain your tracking information.

**Ground and Express shipping rates are based on location. Shipping rates are displayed during the first step of the "checkout" process.  You are not obligated to purchase at this point. Simply enter your billing/shipping information to view the shipping costs/options for the items in your shopping cart. The billing/shipping information is not submitted until the order is finalized. 

All orders will be shipped using FEDEX ground or express service based on customer's selection of shipment method.  

The vast majority of all orders ship within 1 business day.  If your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days, you will be contacted promptly.  We will not charge your account if the order cannot be shipped within 3 business days without your prior approval.

**If you have chosen our 2nd Day Air option please be advised that orders will take up to 24 hours prior to shipment to be processed if placed by 2:30 pm CST Monday-Friday.  This will typically mean that your shipment will arrive to you within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: Within 10 Days from Receipt.
All items must be in new/unused condition complete with original packaging/labels.  Please contact us prior to returning an item for an authorization number - No items will be accepted unless a return authorization number is clearly printed on the label.  We will gladly exchange items or accept returns within 10 days of receipt with a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping cost will not be reimbursed for exchanges or returns other than for defective merchandise or errors on our part.
Defective Merchandise may be returned for replacement within 10 days from Receipt. We will arrange to have any merchandise found to be defective shipped back to us at our expense.

Refused shipments - all refused shipments will be charged twice the initial shipping cost (to cover return shipping costs) and a 10% restocking fee.  The remainder will be credited back to the customer's credit card account upon receipt of the item.  Please CONTACT US to obtain a return authorization number as an alternative to refusing shipment of an item.

All fraud without exception will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  Credit card charge backs will be considered fraudulent if no attempt was made to notify us that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter.   Please CONTACT US as a positive means to resolve all matters in lieu of charging back a transaction.  

Please Note:  All credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed by the customer's bank will be assessed an additional $75 fee for the time and expense involved in investigating and responding to the complaint.
