We thank you very much for your order!

The vast majority of all orders ship within 1 business day.  If your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days, you will be contacted promptly.  We will never charge your account if the order cannot be shipped within 3 business days without your prior approval.

**Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email containing your confirmation and invoice.  If you have created an account with us you can log in to check your order status. If you placed and order without creating an account and need an update on your order, you can CONTACT US

Important information regarding Paypal payments:

• If your PayPal account already has funds in it, then the purchase will go through immediately.
• If your PayPal account always uses a credit card, then the purchase will go through immediately.
• However, if your PayPal account uses eChecks and there are not any funds currently in your PayPal account, then it may take up to 5 days to clear.

**If you have chosen our 2nd Day Air option please be advised that orders will take up to 24 hours prior to shipment to be processed if placed by 2:30 pm CST Monday-Friday.  This will typically mean that your shipment will arrive to you within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.
